Terms
New Orders
Orders require 1-2 business days to process (usually
the same day). We require payment of the
pro-rated server fees for the remainder of the current month before we can configure your
server. We will refund the full amount if you cancel your service within
30 days of
your order. Domain registration fees are non-refundable.
Once your order has been processed, your server
configuration information will be sent to you via email. Since we only accept credit
cards for payment, you will not receive a paper invoice from us. Your credit card
statement will act as your invoice.
Billing Cycle
Monthly accounts are billed on or about the
first day of each month. Your first credit card statement will show the pro-rated amount
for your first month of service, plus domain registration fees, if
applicable. Three month and Six month advance billing
accounts receive a discount of 5% and 10% respectively and are also billed on the first
day of the month beginning each three or six month cycle. For advance billing customers,
your first payment will include the advance billing fees and the pro-rated amount for the
first month service. The pro-rated amount is also calculated based on the
respective term discount.
No Minimum Contract
Rhyton has no minimum contracts, which means you can cancel
your Rhyton Virtual Server at any time. We will even refund any unused portion of your bill you may have already
paid!
Generic TL Domain
Registration Fees
If we registered a common domain name (.com,
.net or .org) for you, please be aware that we will charge your credit
card account the discounted registration fee of US$50 for two years.

Credit Card
Charge Backs and Declined Cards
In the event of a charge back of any charge made to the credit card which
you provided for server fees and additional services requested by you or
in the event we attempt to charge your credit card and the charge is
declined,
your account will be charged a processing fee of US$15.00. It is your
responsibility to ensure that we have a valid credit card at all times. If

Account
Upgrades and Downgrades
There is no charge to upgrade or downgrade your server.
