Usage
Policies
In order to provide quality, professional service, we have
established certain policies concerning usage for our clients. Some of these policies
may seem strict, but they help to ensure a secure, functional, and trusted environment for
our clients to publish their information on the Web.
Many of our competitors do not require
compliance with similar policies. If any of our potential clients are unwilling or
unable to comply with these policies, we respectfully invite them to visit one of our
competitors.
Web and FTP Site Content Policies
We do not allow any of the following content to be published
on a Rhyton Virtual Server:

Content of a pornographic, sexually explicit,
or adult nature; |

Content of an illegal nature (including
stolen copyrighted material); |

Pirated software sites (warez sites); and |
|
 |
Hate sites or content that could be reasonably
considered as slanderous or libelous. |
Content that is questionable regarding any
of the above criteria will be decided upon by a Rhyton representative.
Users posting any of the above content on their sites will
have their Web and/or incoming anonymous FTP services temporarily suspended. They will
then be contacted by Rhyton and given the opportunity to remove the content in question
prior to having their services reinstated. Repeated offenses will result in cancellation
of service without refund of fees.
Email Usage Policies
Rhyton does not allow unsolicited email messages (also known
as junk email or SPAM) to be sent by users of our system. Users sending unsolicited
email messages from our system or from other systems wherein a reference is
made to a Web site on our system may have all of their services temporarily suspended until
such time as the customer can be contacted by a Rhyton representative who will make a
determination as to whether services will be reinstated. Repeated offenses will guarantee
cancellation of service without refund of fees.
Illegal Activities
Clients using our system for illegal activities, including but
not limited to breaking into remote systems, credit card fraud, theft, vandalism or
threats, will have their services immediately cancelled without refund of fees.
Right To Refuse Service
Rhyton reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. We enforce this
policy to ensure a professional environment for the users of our system.

User Agreement
Our complete User Agreement goes into more detail about our
policies and the terms of use of our systems. All Rhyton customers will need to accept the
terms of this agreement during the online ordering process, and comply with these policies
